Our dedicated transaction to close department streamlines the communication between seller, listing agent, lender, attorney, and you. A home sale requires many different forms and signatures, but our team handles this behind the scenes making your purchase significantly less stressful.

Closing Scheduling

Traditionally you will attend closing at the same time as the sellers. If you have additional scheduling needs we can arrange for a remote closing or separate closing to accommodate your schedule. 

Settlement Statement Review

2-3 days prior to closing the attorney will send you a Preliminary Settlement Statement. We review it to ensure all the numbers are correct and any negotiated seller concessions are properly included.

Cash-To-Close Wire Preparation

Wiring money can be stressful. We help alleviate as much risk as possible by reviewing the process with you and getting you accurate numbers so you wire the correct amount. If using Bank Of America be sure to select their fastest option for a small fee and avoid closing delays.

Final Walkthrough

Visit the property prior to closing to check for any changes in the condition and that promised repairs have been completed. All included appliances must remain with the property or we can negotiate a solution prior to closing.

Your agent will be available for any questions you have about the forms and process. We use reputable experienced attorneys so you can trust the process, but if you have questions we will be available to put your mind at ease.
