Your agent will include information on the roof age, HVAC age, Water heater, and any disclosed defects that may affect the home value. Most agents show you this data when they send you the Seller's Disclosure to sign with your offer. We provide it at the showing.

Visit the property prior to closing to check for any changes in the condition and that promised repairs have been completed. All included appliances must remain with the property or we can negotiate a solution prior to closing.
